About Green Tech Trade
Green Tech Trade — a Ukrainian company founded in 2018 that specializes in the development of renewable energy sources.
Since 2025, the main activity of our company has been electricity generation.
As part of this focus, we have begun construction of our own ground-mounted solar power plant (SPP) with the goal of selling electricity on the wholesale electricity market of Ukraine.
Our company actively implements modern technologies in the field of renewable energy, contributing to the development of a sustainable energy system and strengthening the country’s energy independence.
Our priorities in project implementation:
- Maximum efficiency in Ukraine’s climatic conditions throughout the entire solar year.
- Long service life of equipment with minimal power loss.

In February 2018, the first phase of our 1,248 kW solar power plant, SES Mogutne, was put into commercial operation in the village of Mogutne, Kirovohrad District and Region. We became the first in the post-Soviet space to install thin-film photovoltaic cells and solar panels from First Solar using cadmium telluride (TeCa) semiconductor instead of crystalline silicon.
In October 2018, the second phase of our solar power station was launched in the village of Mogutne. Today, the total capacity of this industrial power generation facility is 1.8 megawatts.
